Laurie's Cobalt World is going out of business.  For this reason, we will only accept returns for defective products.  You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise.

We do inspect every item before it is shipped to you.  Slight imperfections and variations in hand-crafted glass are normal and not considered to be defects.

If items arrive broken due to damage in transit, please retain the shipment's original packing material and contact us as soon as possible.
